Dr. John Slattery is a native of Idaho and grew up right here in Boise. Dr. Slattery got his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering at Santa Clara University. He attended dental school at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, and completed his orthodontic residency at Temple University in Philadelphia. Every year he continues his education by participating in courses in the latest advancements in clinical orthodontics.

While in his residency, Dr. Slattery completed his masters thesis in three-dimensional imaging. His technique for creating a three-dimensional patient model was so innovative that it received a patent.

Dr. Slattery and his wife, Stacy have three boys, Connor, Will and Aidan. In his spare time, Dr Slattery enjoys running, fly-fishing, and mountain biking. He also enjoys coaching the boys soccer teams and spending time with his family.
