John Slattery, D.D.S., M.S.
Dr. John Slattery is a native of Idaho and grew up in Boise. He received his undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University and attended dental school at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. Dr. Slattery earned his MS degree with a specialty in Orthodontics from Temple University in Philadelphia. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and continues his education by annually participating in courses in the latest advancements in clinical orthodontics.
Dr. Slattery is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, Southwest Idaho Dental Society, American Association of Orthodontists and the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists. He currently serves as a trustee for the Idaho State Dental Association and is actively involved as the lead orthodontic consultant on the Southwest Idaho Cleft Palate team.
Dr. Slattery has been certified as an Invisalign provider for over ten years and has completed more than 150 cases. He is one of only 6 “preferred” Invisalign orthodontists in the Treasure Valley.
Dr. Slattery and his wife, Stacy have three boys, Connor, Will and Aidan. In his spare time, Dr. Slattery enjoys running, fly-fishing, skiing and spending time with his family.
